Operator and agreement

GT7 Manager is operated in Australia by Shane Cranston, trading as The Digital Billabong. By creating an account or using GT7 Manager, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

GT7 Manager provides race planning, garage and progression tracking, session review, squad features, coaching tools and compatible live telemetry features. Some features require an account, a supported device, a local network connection, Gran Turismo 7 or an active GT7 Manager Pro subscription.

Live data, recommendations, brake cues and coaching may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm vehicle settings, event rules and driving decisions in the game. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you from safe control of any vehicle.

Subscriptions

GT7 Manager Pro is optional. Monthly and annual plans provide the same Pro feature set. The local price and billing period shown by Google Play before purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Google Play processes subscription payments. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play. After cancellation, Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, subject to Google Play's rules and applicable law. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's policies and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Deleting your GT7 Manager account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play before deleting your account. Plan availability, features or prices may change; material subscription changes will be presented through Google Play or the app with any notice required by law or Google Play policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or redistribute protected content, or use GT7 Manager for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.

Availability and liability

We work to keep GT7 Manager available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the game, devices, networks and platform services change. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, The Digital Billabong is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Independent product

GT7 Manager is an independent, unofficial companion. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation, Polyphony Digital or Gran Turismo. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without limiting any mandatory rights available where you live. Contact thedigitalbillabongau@gmail.comwith questions or disputes so we can try to resolve them directly.
